Oh NO the dreaded E word What excercise programs do yall use? I have (not HAVE not use The Firm, Transfirmer (use occasionally) and a lot of the workout tapes A LOT of Walk away the pounds (WATP) dvds I am going to try to do a WATP tape 3 times a week to get started. What's your excercise plan?
