Hi Everyone, You more than likely found this site through a webring or my blog. I really want to GET and STAY in shape! I really need the accountability of group support. I hope to lose at 30 pounds by January, however my long term goal is 100 lbs. I am on a lower calorie diet and will use a lot of the flex point information.
